"VIVA MEXICO!" IS PRESENTED BY MEXICO VIVE SHOWCASE INCORPORATED. ~A NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION~

OUR MISSION, as an organization, is to re-introduce our Mexican cultural ancestral roots to the new Mexican-American youth and to continue to be proud sentinels of our culture by exposing our Mexican history to those who relish a taste for historical knowledge as well as diversified art. "VIVA MEXICO!” provides an interpretation of life, culture and history. With each new era, the people, the customs and the music of the time tell a story of the hardships, the battles, and the love of the land. “VIVA MEXICO!” provides an educational lesson in Mexican history through original song, traditional costumes, and authentic scenery. It gives a lesson of individuals and events that have helped shape present day Mexico.

With a purpose of re-introducing our Mexican cultural ancestral roots to the new Mexican-American youth"VIVA MEXICO!" Theatrical performance is conveniently scheduled to coincide annually with Mexico’s Independence from Spain located at the Chamizal National Memorial Theater while appealing to individuals and families from Las Cruces, New Mexico, El Paso, Texas and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. The 20th production was held on September 26, 27 and 28th of 2014 as a farewell performance.
